I have been to that store a couple of times. The young black man is friendly but I but I believe thier system skips important questions regarding certain parts when purchasing for your vehicle. The first time I went in there to get a bulb for my tail light I was sold the wrong one. I was told I had to have given the wrong car information like I don't know what I an driving. I went in this week and purchase one for my front headlight and I specific said pls don't sell me the wrong one since it was the same gentleman from last time. I went over car information to confirm. I get to the shop to have my bulb replace just to find out it is the wrong one. I call up there to let the store know and they said u open the package u can't receive a refund. Now mind u this happened previously and I returned the merchandise unused back to the store. Neither does the receipt say open merchandise can not be returned. No I'm out of pocket a few dollars and was placed on hold and was hung up on before returning to the phone. How rude and unprofessional. I Feedback: Apologize for the inconvenience and refunded my money due to the fact the receipt does not state the information provided over the phone.
