Never again will I go to any location. I went in gonna be battery checked car was having problems turning on. Went in had them check battery and also alternator.....well I don't know if it's because I am a female they think I don't know about cars but the man told me the battery is fine and can't check alternator he has to Remove it. Well I took it to other places they said battery and alternator showing its fine. So I decided to take to a mechanical shop. The man showed me where the battery was bad it had a leak in it. He also explained even if there's a crack or leak its going to show its good. So I decided to take it back it had warranty I had just got it little over a year ago. Well the man tells me he can't the battery is good. I told him I don't care about warranty I'll pay full if I have to. Well the man didn't want to! I ended up going to o'reileys and received great service there. Feedback: Have better customer service
