Horrible. I went to get a hose for my radiator on my 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier the attendant told me it was a long hose I was describing to him it's a short holes he then proceeded to tell me Chevrolet did not make a 2005 Cavalier have told the gentleman that's what I'm driving outside he cut me off abruptly more than once and as I was standing there waiting for him to check the part A lady came in the store he spoke to her in Spanish left me standing there went to get her motor oil then went out to her car and put the motor oil in a car and I'm still standing at the register that was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at an auto place keep in mind this was my very first time to Advance Auto Parts I normally go to O'Reilly or AutoZone and now I see why this was the worst customer service and with him having the lack of knowledge about a vehicle and trying to convince me of something made it even worse I don't think I will return but I wanted you to know. The gentleman did not have on a name badge and when I asked him his name he would not tell me I hope you will get this corrected he was a middle-aged Hispanic guy I visited there at 8:07 p.m. Monday August 8th 2016 Feedback: If there was a more healthful attended that had customer service experience and made me feel appreciated other than making me feel like I was a nobody
