if it would allow me to leave o stars i would. because of my customer experience at this store i will no longer do business at advanced auto I'll go to o'reilly auto parts this place treats black and white customers different than hispanic customers i waited literally 2 hrs for a warranty item to get approved the the hispanic lady tells that you warranty is no good but on my recipt it says life time warranty then i hear and see her warranty a item for a hispanic with no problem then she tells him in Spanish which i speak very fluently not to talk or let me know that she's warranty his because she doesn't want to warranty my item went to another advanced the manager at that location did the warranty in 2 sec and appogized for what happened at the little york location but while waiting for 2 hrs at little York location i did notice that noeymoe the hispanic lady provided poor customer service to black and white customers so since my money isn't wanted in this business because im black I will happily go spend my money at your competitors store Feedback: stop treating black and white customers differently than your hispanic customers
